Clinic Policies
- Exam fee is required every visit under veterinarian care. We don't charge for a separate office visit.
- By Indiana State law, updated Rabies vaccination is required for dogs, cats and ferrets. We ask you to bring the most recent shot and exam record during your pet's visit. Otherwise, it's your financial responsibility to pay for a Rabies vaccination.
- All fees are due during checking out at the end of service. We take cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, and CareCredit.
- Our clinic has a no call, no show policy. If you do not call, email, or contact us in any way to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we consider this a 'no show'. You are allowed up to 3 no shows; once you exceed this amount you are only entitled to walk-in appointment times.
